ABB has signed an agreement to become a single-source vendor for gas analyser system integration for Samsung Engineering in Saudi Arabia.
Both companies plan to provide analytical solutions to the Saudi oil & gas market. Effective measurement of gas quality is key to safety and reliability.
Additionally, ABB is building a 10,000 square metre integration facility for analytical systems in Dammam that will support the collaboration.
ABB’s analytical systems portfolio includes direct-read continuous gas analysers, online gas analysers using laser analytical techniques and rapid response process gas chromatographs. The company also provides gas analyser system integration with customised analytical systems and solutions.
