Process transmitters specialist Endress and Hauser has launched more than 100 free, instructional videos for engineers and technicians to its YouTube channel.
The videos cover all the firm's core product lines, which range from flow to level, pressure, temperature and inline analytics transmitters. There are also videos detailing its process recorder line and Fieldcare configuration software.
"Today our customers are looking for quick answers to become more efficient in their day-to-day work," comments Brian Walker, vice president of service at Endress and Hauser.
"Providing our customers with these videos not only allows us to resolve problems more quickly, but also provides our customers with another avenue to seek our support."
