Test and measurement giant Fluke is offering one free vibration diagnostic report on a suitable plant unit, using its recently introduced handheld Fluke 810 tester.

The company says it hopes to demonstrate the power and ease of set-up and use of the instrument to plant maintenance technicians and management.
When it detects a fault, the 810 identifies the problem and rates its severity on a four-level scale, to help maintenance prioritise actions. It also recommends repairs and provides help menus, with real-time guidance and tips for new users.
Fluke says its report will identify any vibration problems in minutes, using the troubleshooting device's text-based dashboard to get answers.
