Fuchs has completed its acquisition of the Batoyle Freedom Group (BFG), with interests in the glass, automotive, agricultural and general industry sectors.
Fuchs sees Batoyle as a natural fit for its Fuchs Lubricants business.
The firm develops and manufacture a diverse range of lubricants, with more than 11,000 product lines supplied in the UK from its Stoke-on-Trent facility.
Fuchs is a subsidiary of the Dax listed Fuchs Petrolub SE, based in Mannheim, Germany.
