UK flowmeters specialist Litre Meter is now distributing US-developed Coriolis flowmeters from Tricor, which holds many of the original engineering patents around Coriolis technology.

Litre Meter CEO Charles Wemyss explains that Tricor meters are engineered in the US, manufactured, calibrated and tested at a state-of-the-art facility in Germany, and now distributed in the UK and Europe by Litre Meter.
"Tricor may be a new name on the scene but Tricor engineers have been intimately involved with the development and evolution of Coriolis flow instrumentation since the beginning," states Wemyss.
The meters offer a mass flow measuring accuracy of +/- 0.10% to +/- 0.15%, even in long term operation and across a temperature range from -100 to +204°C, depending on the meter selected.
Mass flow rates range between 0—300 kg/hr and 0—65,000 kg/hr, with density range up to 5,000 kg/m³. Tricor coriolis meters are rated up to 100, 200 and 345 bar. Versions will soon be available with sanitary 3A tri-clamp flanges.
