Severn Trent Water has contracted MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) specialist Brammer to supply electric motors and gearboxes to more than 500 of its sites.
This latest contract covers the supply, repair and maintenance of thousands of new motors and gearboxes for water treatment, pump repair and pumping stations.
"We are delighted to have secured this significant piece of business with Severn Trent Water," comments Jeremy Salisbury of Brammer. "We believe this is based on our ability to source new units from the world's leading manufacturers and supply complementary services and technical expertise, locally, through Brammer's specialist centres throughout the UK."
