Wolseley Pipe launches new suite of eBusiness solutions

Specialist merchant Wolseley Pipe has launched a range of new eBusiness tools to modernise business processes and improve efficiency for commercial heating and plumbing businesses, M&E contractors and building services engineers.

Split into three core services, Wolseley Pipe has built digital tools suitable for customers of all sizes:

  • Wolseley website: 24/7 access for customers to order online and manage their Wolseley account with ease
  • eSolutions: System-to-system integration which allows Wolseley Pipe to send quotes, receive orders and provide acknowledgements, invoices, and credits electronically
  • iHub: Seamless integration of Wolseley Pipe’s API services into the customers’ and field service management companies’ own applications
