Yokogawa Electric Corp has announced that its UK subsidiary Yokogawa Measurement Technologies has merged with group company Yokogawa United Kingdom and is now trading as Yokogawa Measurement Technologies.
The change, which is part of Yokogawa Electric strategy to simplify the group structure, took effect on 1 April 2013.
The Test & Measurement Division of Yokogawa UK supplies a range of test and measurement instrumentation and solutions.
