Maintenance equipment specialist Eriks has acquired valve and actuator distributors and service provider Valtor Offshore.
The company, which serves the international oil and gas industry, from Esbjerg in Denmark, is widely recognised for its application knowledge and range and stocking levels of valves and systems.
For Eriks, the acquisition is essentially strategic, providing a platform for growth in Scandinavia.
Valtor Offshore will become part of the Eriks network serving the North Sea and the international oil and gas market.
