Eriks has confirmed its decision to acquire pneumatic valve actuators firm AMG Pesch, of Cologne Germany.
AMG's customers are original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and end users in the chemicals, energy, pharmaceuticals, mechanical engineering, food technology and pump and plant construction sectors.
This is a significant expansion in fluid control technology for Eriks in Germany. AMG Pesch is to be integrated into the existing Eriks network in Germany as a Core Competence Centre.
