Eriks has agreed to acquire Fisher GmbH Kunststoffpräzition, which specialises in engineering and machining high performance plastic parts.
The deal gives Eriks modern production facilities in Laupheim (near Ulm) and Arnstad (Thuringen), and boosts its portfolio for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Eriks says that Fisher will be integrated as a core competence centre within its existing structure in Germany.
The deal is subject to the approval by the Bundeskartelamt.
