With UK assembly at Nord Gear's Abingdon facility for cast aluminium Nordbloc 1 series gearmotors now up and running, and the German assembly line also in full production for larger cast iron sizes, the company is now offering a same-day assembly and despatch service across its complete range of industrial helical inline gearmotors from 90Nm to 3200Nm torque output and motor powers up to 37kW.
The range uses a one-piece housing and provides for increased internal shaft diameters for higher strength and less deflection than fabricated gearbox designs.
