Michael Smith Engineers now has a nine series of external gear pumps for precision liquids transfer applications, covering flow rates from ml/hr to 40l/min at discharge pressures between 5.2 and 8.5 bar.
All models have magnet drives, so there is no leakage of process fluid, and the external gear design provides a smooth, pulse-free precision output, with control options dependent on the motor/drive specified.
Options are also numerous: for example, high system pressure versions are available and materials include stainless steel and Hastelloy-c, while a range of gear materials can also be specified.
